Reverse Disneyland

My concept is a play on the world-famous theme park Disneyland, however the elements within my Disneyland are a stark contrast in comparison to those in the original Disneyland. Instead of having attractions based off the heights of human imagination and fantasy, the attractions resemble the lows of society and reality. It is clear that through my creation, I do not perceive and interpret the world in the same way that the average citizen does.

If someone goes into the theme park with the standard optimism that most people have, their views on society and the systems that connect us may be altered forever. Such powerful attractions have the ability to strike the audience, and cause them to drastically modify their interpretations of what they have always known.

‘The Disney Drug’ It’s used to create a psychedelic experience, like other hallucinogens. it’s often used men to open up communication with nature. there is an interest in this drug by people who are intrigued by the use of mind-altering substances to overcome fears and explore the capabilities of their mind and see reality and what is beyond the surface.
